There are six types of rooms in Fujimi House:
All rooms are furnished.

1. Apartment

You have a total personal living space including bedroom, living room, bathroom, toilet and so on.
Gender is not limited under this certain agreement.
Tenants may be one or more, however the number is required to be specified and monthly rent will be different.
Please contact Fujimi House staff first if you move in with children.

2. Guest House

Guest house is a partially shared accommodation. You will have a private bedroom with locks while sharing the living room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet with other people.
There are three types of rooms: Female room / Male room / Not limited
Tenants may be one or more, however the number is required to be specified and monthly rent will be different.
We don't suggest that you move in a Guest House with children and share it with other tenants.
Please contact Fujimi House staff first if you move in with children.

3. Shared room

There are two types of rooms: Female room and Male room.
You couldn't choose who would be your roommate. But if you would like to live with someone you know please contact us first.

3-1 All-shared type:

2˜3 people share an apartment as well as bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet.

3-2 Part-shared type:

2˜3 people share a bedroom and share common area as well as living room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet with other tenants.

4. Dormitory

There are two types of rooms: Female room and Male room.
You couldn't choose who would be your roommate. But if you would like to live with someone you know please contact us first.

4-1 All-shared type:

4˜8 people share an apartment as well as bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet.

4-2 Part-shared type:

4˜8 people share a bedroom and share common area as well as living room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet with other tenants.

5. Premium Apartment

Premium apartment refers to luxury apartment.
You have a total personal living space including bedroom, living room, bathroom, toilet and so on.
Gender is not limited under this certain agreement.
Tenants may be one or more, however the number is required to be specified. Monthly rent will be the same.
It is no problem if you move in with your children.

6. House

The whole premise is expected to be used by 1 or more tenants.
You have a total personal living space including bedroom, living room, bathroom, toilet and so on.
Gender is not limited under this certain agreement.
Tenants may be one or more, however the number is required to be specified. Monthly rent will be the same.
It is no problem if you move in with your children.
